A. Limited Warranty and Returns.

The Yellow Kiwi offers a limited warranty on our Products (customised, personalised, non-customised, non personalised). In the event that your Product is not free of material defects, The Yellow Kiwi will replace such Product at no cost to you. To be eligible for a replacement Product, you must contact our customer service team to notify them of the alleged material defect within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your Product. The Yellow Kiwi reserves the right to request the return of the defective Product to verify that such Product is defective and eligible for a return under this limited warranty. There is no redeemable cash value for returned Products. Due to the custom and personalised nature of some of our Products, The Yellow Kiwi cannot make returns for User-driven mistakes or creative choices. It is important that the Users carefully proof the content and order details of their customised, personalised Products for the following: (a) poor image quality including low resolution images that may be insufficient for print in spite the warnings on the online editor; (b) text errors including mistakes in spelling, grammar, font choice or other text errors or omissions; (c) Product selection mistakes including Product type, size, style, colour and design layout; and (d) accidental omissions including blank pages or empty photo boxes. Users should also note that image colours vary from computer monitor to computer monitor. The Yellow Kiwi relies on its professionally calibrated printing services and therefore cannot be responsible for colour variations that might result from computer screen differences.

B.Specifications and Pricing.

All features, content, specifications and prices of Products and services described or depicted on through the Service, are subject to change at any time without notice. The Yellow Kiwi makes all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our Products, however we cannot guarantee that your computer or the Service will accurately display the details of our Products. The inclusion of any Products or service through the Service at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these Products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any Products purchased through the Service. By placing an order, you represent that the Products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

C. Cancellations.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or withdrawn if the order is already processed at the facility. Order on customised, personalised products are subject to no refund on cancellations. Where the Goods ordered by You are not available from stock The Yellow Kiwi reserves the right to cancel any order that it deems, in its sole discretion, includes objectionable content or that may violate any of the terms of these Terms, without any liability to you or any third party. In the event of such cancellation, you will be refunded for any amount actually received by The Yellow Kiwi for the cancelled order or given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order. Upon such cancellation of your Orders, we shall make the repayment in full of the amount(s), if any paid by you. We check each transaction manually so there are no chances of any duplicate payments. If for any reason duplicate payments are received, you shall be informed about it and you shall have the option either to use the excess amount paid for future purchases or have it refunded to your account, less any applicable fees.

D. Risk of Loss.

All Products purchased from or via the Service are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, The Yellow Kiwi. Title to Products purchased on the Service, as well as the risk of loss for such Products, passes to you when The Yellow Kiwi or our supplier delivers these items to the carrier. The Yellow Kiwi is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address specified by the buyer at the time of placing the order.
